The canvas itself was of great quality, however sadly the delivery took much longer to arrive and there was a substantial import charge that should have been advised at the point of ordering, to any customer in the UK. It was not obvious that your company is in Germany, and this was only apparent at payment after I had done all the work to create the canvas / upload pictures etc. Your location greatly increased the cost due to import charges, and added extra delivery time, meaning I missed the birthday that the print was a gift for. I would not have purchased from you had I known you were based in Germany, so you must be more clear on this and possible import charges in your main website pages.
